Specialists who work in ‘MDB ‘ISKRA’ named after I.I.Kartukov  have  long-term experience in designing, developing and testing of solid fuelled rocket motors and gas generators of different purpose.  During the existence of the enterprise tens of design bureau specialists have been honored with various government awards for the development of innovative equipment in the field of weaponry and space hardware.

The structure of the design bureau incorporates divisions who are engaged in developing design documentation, providing estimation works and testing the products.
